Beginning in 2026 NIWA are offering members three options for paying their table fees for events.

OPTION 1: PAY AS YOU GO. Sign up your books for individual events at $7. per title, per event. Max for all events is 6 titles per pen name. Click on the links below: April NW CHERRY FESTIVAL May UFO FESTIVAL BEAVER STATE COMIC CON June TROUTDALE ARTS RHUBARB FESTIVAL PRIDE IN THE PARK July ROBIN HOOD FESTIVAL PORTLAND PRIDE 1ST CITY CELEBRATION August OREGON CITY ARTS MULTNOMAH DAY CELTIC FANTASY FAIRE September MT ANGEL OKTOBERFEST FOREST GROVE OKTOBERFEST |
OPTION 2: 1-3 TITLES
Sign up your books once and pay a flat fee to have up to 3 titles sent to ALL EVENTS. If a new event is added, your books would go to that event as well. $175 - equates to approx. $13 per event. Payment accepted all at once or over 5mos. ($35 per mo.) If you choose this method, you will need to keep track and pay each month. Fee has to be paid in full before June 1st. click the image below.

OPTION 2: 4-5 TITLES
Sign up your books once and pay a flat fee to have up to 5 titles sent to ALL EVENTS. If a new event is added, your books would go to that event as well. $325 - equates to approx. $23 per event. Payment accepted all at once or over 5mos. ($65 per mo.) If you choose this method, you will need to keep track and pay each month. Fee has to be paid in full before June 1st. click the image below.
