Cheryl Landes is a full-time technical communications consultant, travel writer, and the author of The Best I Can Do, Rainbows in the Snow, Beautiful America’s Seattle (two editions), Beautiful America’s Idaho, and Those Wild Northwest Days. She has contributed chapters about findability to The Language of Content Strategy and The Language of Technical Communication. Cheryl lives in Vancouver, WA, where she enjoys hiking, photography, listening to music, reading, and hanging out with cats (with their permission, of course).
