His books blend everything he loves in other great fantasy series: a unique magic system, intricate world-building, and complex, engaging characters. Each entry also explores personal themes of mental health, a journey he has navigated throughout his life. He currently resides in the Pacific Northwest, exploring the region’s beautiful mountains, rivers, lakes, and coastlines.
