JOSH AMOS
Josh Amos was born and raised in Olympia WA in the 1970s and 80s. Josh enlisted in the Marines in 1989 whereupon he served for years as a logistics specialist. During his enlistment, Josh attended many different types of military schools and learned lots of hard lessons.
Honorably discharged after four years, Josh returned to Olympia WA as a disabled veteran (no regrets). A committed lifelong learner, Josh continued with his love of reading and trying new things. Long time friend and author Marc MacYoung asked Josh to contribute to his anthology book “Beyond the Pickett Fence.” To Josh's surprise, his contribution was recognized by several authors, who encouraged Josh to continue writing. Josh still lives in Washington State. He enjoys good books, fine cigars, and his family of choice. |
