MARVIN MCKENZIE
Marvin McKenzie is a retired Fundamental Baptist pastor with over four decades of ministry experience. His journey began with a steadfast calling to teach and preach God’s Word through local Baptist churches, believing in their centrality to biblical truth. Over the years, he became a prominent voice in conservative Baptist circles, serving as the Executive Vice President of Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College and Heartland Baptist Bible College. His dedication to the ministry has been marked by the publication of over 100 Bible study books, all grounded in his adherence to the King James Version of the Bible. As a family man, Marvin McKenzie has shared the joys and trials of life with his wife, who courageously battled triple-negative breast cancer in 2023. Their strength as a couple has been a testament to faith. Together, they raised a family committed to serving the Lord, with their son, Caleb. In recent years, Pastor McKenzie has shifted his focus toward creating video and online Bible teaching courses, continuing his mission to share the Gospel. His writings and videos reflect a structured approach to biblical instruction, designed to engage, equip, and encourage believers. His blog, Daily Visits with God, shares his personal walk with God in a daily devotional format. An advocate for health and fitness, McKenzie believes in the importance of stewardship over one’s body. He walks 30 minutes daily and incorporates resistance band training into his routine, reflecting his belief in discipline and self-control, as outlined in Titus 2:2. Above all, McKenzie remains dedicated to the transformative power of the Gospel, always ready to share the message of salvation: “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one” (Romans 3:10). “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 6:23). “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Romans 10:13). Pastor McKenzie continues to inspire others to live lives of faith, discipline, and courage.
