STEPHEN HAGELINStephen is a local to Woodinville, so it should be unsurprising if his books are influenced by the surrounding wine culture. He became interested in writing books when his parents read to him "the Hobbit," and other great stories such as "At the Back of the North Wind" and "Oliver Twist;" however, currently he enjoys reading science-fiction and fantasy. He is most easily recognized by his odd attempts at humor that usually fall flat at cocktail parties. His debut series, "The Commission" series, detail the adventures of a duo of bounty-hunter fairies, who consistently get into deeper trouble than they're capable of managing, with the first two books being: "The Venomsword" and "The Viper's Chase," respectively. He draws all the maps, and tastes all the wines, and is working on the third book, "The Lich's Blade."
