Barritt Firth is an author of post-apocalyptic and dystopian fiction.
Barritt Firth studied literature and the classics, but has learned more about life, adventures, and survival, through real life, survival, and adventures. He once drove from Seattle to Costa Rica with a friend, so he knows firsthand what it's like to drive past automatic rifles or a guerilla roadblock, and what it feels like when you have to step out of the car. He has also hiked 500 miles across Spain, and he knows that in the apocalypse, you might have to walk (spoiler alert-your feet are going to hurt). There is something about imagined worlds falling apart, and how ordinary people in them live, love, survive, or don't survive, that drives Barritt to write. Barritt Firth is a former chemist and entrepreneur who now writes full time. |
