D Dean Boom: Author, gardener, nerd, gamer, snicker-doodle enthusiast. Born in an American enclave in the Firth of Clyde region of Scotland, he's traveled the world as research for his many books. He will oft twist an itinerary to take him to castles, military museums, and the landscapes that inspire Holimoren. D first envisioned the places and people of Holimoren long years ago (as a teen) and has been writing down his stories since 2004 when he joined National Novel Writing Month. Winning 8 times out of 10, he has many tales wending their way towards publication.
