Former child model/actor Dustin Fremont is the first to admit his job as LGBTQ+ activist and talk show host Ari Dimitriou’s personal assistant isn’t perfect. Ari can be irritating, high-handed, and demanding. But Dustin believes strongly in the ideals Ari supports, and--bonus—standing in Ari’s shadow is the perfect way to stay out of the public eye and away from the cameras that were the bane of his existence.
But then a live interview goes sideways and Ari announces the two of them are engaged. Dustin can’t expose the lie without hurting the causes they both believe in, however he refuses to let Ari escape unscathed. So Dustin pitches a reality competition show for wedding planners with one absolute requirement: Dustin’s face never appears on camera. He’s certain he’ll come up with some way to salvage the situation—and both their careers—before the finale.
